Multiple Signing/Four Eyes


Please note that multiple approval is not supported in our API V1. (Nordea do not display PSD2-initiated transactions in their online banking interfaces).


For customers who have multiple signing, they will need to:

  1. Either remove the multiple approval requirement in their online banking settings, or
  2. Initiate the transaction directly in their online banking platform, rather than through PSD2 via the accounting system.

We recommend sharing this information with relevant customers/users to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Note: multiple signing is supported in ZTL API V2 

We are happy to inform that this will be supported in our API V2 once you have migrated over to this. 


This means that customers can practice 4-eyes approval directly in ERP interface/their accounting system without having the second person log on to online net bank to sign payment.
