3. Signing rules

Company information and the company’s officially registered signing rules are used to determine who is eligible to sign on behalf of the company.

Any mismatches or changes will be handled manually.

The signing process is conducted through BankID or MitID.

Note (for Norway only): There may occur latencies of data from when changes are visible in Brreg to our onboarding form. This will result in error message saying there are outdated signing rules for the company.

If a customer experiences any trouble with signing, please contact support@ztlpay.io because ZTL have to manually correct and update the signing rules.
